WoW Classic Season of Mastery Restoration Shaman Rotation

One of the unique things about healing is downranking heals. We mention some specific ranks of certain heals below as a starting point, but finding out which ranks work best will be up to you. The ranks you choose will change based on each boss depending on the situation and length of the encounter, as well your target and how much health they are missing.

Single Target

1. Maintain totems that will benefit your group the most.
2. Use
   Mana Tide Totem
   when everyone in your group will benefit the most from it.
3. Cast
   Chain Heal
   . This is your spam heal.
4. Use
   Nature's Swiftness
   with
   Healing Wave
   for a big instant heal.
5. Cast
   Healing Wave
   if you need to burst heal someone.
6. Cast
   Lesser Healing Wave
   if you need to heal someone faster than a
   Chain Heal
   cast (2.5 sec).
7. If you need to start conserving mana, you can start downranking and use spells such as
   Chain Heal R1
   .

AoE

1. Same as single target.

Totem Twisting

1. An intimidating name for a simple process. All this process involves is casting
   Grace of Air Totem
   immediately after casting
   Windfury Totem
   . Since
   Windfury Totem
   applies its buff right after you cast it, you are able to cheat the system in a sense and get benefits from 2 air totems at the same time.
2. Refreshing
   Windfury Totem
   when the buff runs out is a must for this to be effective. Which means every 10 seconds, you will be casting
   Windfury Totem
   , followed by
   Grace of Air Totem
   . Must be specced into
   Totemic Focus
   since this is very mana intensive.
